We kindly ask that you respect our time and other clients by providing adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply. No-Shows - A no-show is considered a missed appointment without notice. Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service before another appointment can be booked. Emergencies We understand that unexpected situations happen. Emergencies will be handled case by case at Boujee Beauty’s discretion.
